Rick has waxed and waned in his real estate focus for more than thirty years, as his enterprises demanded, but has always been involved even as he pursued other than real estate interests. As a very young man, he spearheaded the successful bid for the largest government leaseback in the history of the country. He has been involved in subdivision development in several states, and has been a partner in land development, apartment development, condo conversions and many other aspects of the real estate world.
In recent years, as he refocused on real estate, Mr. Dryer became more and more convinced that the purchase of individual homes, whether attached or detached, and renting them for the potential of long term appreciation and cash flow was something that many should consider for their long term prosperity. As he brought his “Right Place Right Time™” theories to the public forum of discourse, his following has grown by leaps and bounds.
